Booking & Deposit — A non-refundable $75 deposit reserves your session date and is applied toward your total. Your date isn’t held until the deposit is received.
Balance — The remaining balance is due before your edited images are delivered. Final images are released once payment is complete.
Rescheduling — Let us know at least 48 hours before your session and we’ll move it to a new date at no charge; your deposit carries over. Less than 48 hours’ notice requires a new deposit to rebook.
Cancellations — Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session with at least 48 hours’ notice.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals — A no-show without notice forfeits the deposit. Arriving late may shorten your session, as later bookings may follow yours.
Weather (Outdoor Sessions) — If weather doesn’t cooperate for an outdoor shoot, we’ll reschedule at no charge and your deposit carries over.
Payment Methods — Credit/debit card (via secure online checkout), Venmo, or Zelle. Your deposit is collected at booking; the balance can be paid by any of these before your images are delivered.
